Wedding Planning

Creating a day you and your guests will remember for the rest of your lives takes planning! Forethought by Samantha can take the pressure from you by firstly saving you money (ask me how), collating your vision and dream and making it happen! Finding that perfect location that suits your style, sourcing a variety of suppliers that fit, creating an exciting styling concept that will wow your guests for years to come! We create seamless events the flow perfectly from ceremony to canapé hour, to reception right through to dance-floor and event close. With you from start to dance floor.

Fees include:

  • Concept design - the creation of a unique and personal vision of how your day will look and feel.

  • Sourcing of suppliers to suit vision and vibe.

  • Meetings at the ceremony and reception locations with you and on your behalf.

  • Liaising with suppliers to source quotes within your budget, regular supplier meetings particularly in the lead up to the day.

  • Documentation of all suppliers (quotes, plans, vision).

  • A full budget of your wedding, regularly updated, sourcing the best possible pricing for you and your budget requirements.

  • Visual floor plan of the ceremony/reception styling, detailed supplier contact list, run sheet for the suppliers/venue/MC for perfect flow.

  • Bump in and out management, styling of your ceremony and reception (this will require additional staff depending on size wedding, not included in our fee)

  • Event management and support until all formalities are complete and you are ready to hit the dance floor with your loved ones.

  • Please note pack down and cleaning are not included in the below fee.

Fees are dependant on the overall event budget, size and requirements of the day, prices start at $6000 (excl. GST).

Bookings may incur travel. Destination weddings loved and will be quoted on individually.
