WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

There are two essentials to planning a successful wedding day and beautiful memories ... The first is that you get to enjoy your day stress free, without any consideration for wedding flow, vendor activities and any little dramas. The Second is your guest experience: confidence in the drinks flowing as they should, a tidy wedding, guest comfort and party vibes galore! We absolutely recommend at the very least, every wedding requires a wedding coordinator.

Fees include:

• 8-12 weeks out we will engage with your whole team.

• Creation and management of your run sheet, bump in and out.

• Management of your final payments.

• Providing you a final checklist to ensure you have left no stone unturned in your planning.

• Event management and support for 8 hours, or until all formalities are complete and you are ready to hit the dance floor with your loved ones.

• Please note pack down and cleaning are not included in the below fee.
